We love any project that has a modern aesthetic - we want to make sure that our Shop fits what you are looking for. Don’t get us wrong we love a barnwood feature wall just as much as the other guys - but if you are coming to us for a new project we want to make it something awesome and truly custom to our client’s style.

We want to make sure we are a good fit - therefore we have no charge on initial design meetings.

Our process

Step 1 (The Basics)

We can meet at site, your home, coffee shop, or digitally (phone/zoom) for all of the homebodies. Initial Meetings include consulting to bring ideas together, discuss project scope, review of provided design drawings, decide on timeline and budget; and we take some rough measurements. Potential clients are to fill out MV survey and project information forms. We take your initial information back to our office and begin a preliminary quote. Ask as many questions your heart desires and we will try to answer them all.

Step 2 (The Fun Stuff)

While we are making you a customized preliminary quote - the design team (if required) is working in the background to create a unique design package (that may include 3D images, 2D plans, finish palettes, and specifications). During this process there is back and forth with the client and once you discuss your design with your neighbour, the dog, and maybe your husband… we get approval and start constructing.

Step 3 (Let’s Build It)

After client approval and first progress-payment we will start ordering products and finishes. During this time we will be working away at the shop and at your site to bring everything together. We will give clients lots of updates on status and keep you involved in the process. After the last payment goes through we will schedule your final install date and viola we are headed towards enjoying that nice cold “we are finished” beer.

Step 4 (Enjoy)

The last step is the best you get to enjoy your new space! We will come by for a final deficiency review and to take some lovely photos. We are always available for follow up appointments and warranty items.
